Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for hot flushes and night sweats is a structured, menopause-specific therapy that helps women manage the impact of vasomotor symptoms by changing unhelpful thoughts, stress responses and coping behaviours. It does not stop flushes physiologically, but it consistently reduces how distressing and disruptive they feel, while improving sleep and wellbeing. This form of CBT is endorsed and supported by the British Menopause Society as an evidence-based, non-hormonal option, based on clinical trials showing meaningful improvements in symptom bother and quality of life. It is also recommended in the NICE menopause guideline (NG23) as a treatment to discuss for women with hot flushes and night sweats, either alongside hormone therapy or when hormone treatment is unsuitable or not wanted.

Join our 90-minute health workshops, led by a GP who is also a certified fitness instructor, CBT provider, and nutrition coach. Limited to just 10 participants sharing the same health concern, each workshop includes a comprehensive lecture, group assignments, a 30-minute fitness session, goal-setting exercises, and the development of a supportive community. These interactive sessions are designed to educate, empower, and encourage you on your health journey. Our current workshop topics are: avoiding burnout, perimenopause, and wellbeing in the workplace.

1:1 NUTRITION Bundle: Personalised support for a healthier you

There are two separate options for the nutrition coaching. If you are looking for advise on how to fuel for a specific sport or event coming up, this can be done in a single session as long as all the intake forms are completed at least 48hours prior to the session. If you are looking to make a complete overhaul of your health and require a coach to help you form new habits that will stick and educate and empower you with nutrition principles, then it would be the 1:1 nutrition bundle that would suit you. This support lasts 12 weeks and includes a course of 3 online 1:1 sessions, and access to an APP where you can monitor your progress and have regular access to coaching.
