Fitness classes: Evidence-based workouts for better health

Our GP-designed fitness classes are developed from years of experience in healthcare, addressing the key factors that contribute to a decline in quality of life. After witnessing firsthand the impact of health concerns like reduction of mobility, balance, and agility, these sessions were created to directly combat those issues. Each class targets a specific health concern known to reduce quality years. With a focus on improving long-term health, these classes provide a practical approach to boosting your overall well-being.Now offering 3 classes: Posture Practice, Balance & Rise, Agility & Coordination. Classes begin Thursday 5th December 2024.

HEALTH WORKSHOPS: Expert-led wellness for specific health concerns

Join our 90-minute health workshops, led by a GP who is also a certified fitness instructor. Limited to just 10 participants sharing the same health concern, each workshop includes a comprehensive lecture, group assignments, a 30-minute fitness session, goal-setting exercises, and the development of a supportive community. These interactive sessions are designed to educate, empower, and encourage you on your health journey. Our current workshop topics are polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), peri-menopause, burnout, and general health improvement.

1:1 NUTRITION Bundle: Personalised support for a healthier you

Our 1:1 nutrition coaching comes in a bundle of three tailored sessions to help you improve your eating habits and overall well-being. In the first session, we’ll get to know you—your priorities, obstacles, and challenges—and set personalised goals for our time together. During the second session, we’ll analyse your diet and begin making adjustments. The third session focuses on reviewing your progress, refining your plan, and providing ongoing support. After your bundle, single top-up sessions are available to keep you on track. Whether you’re looking to achieve a healthy weight or are looking for sports nutrition for a particular event, we have you covered.

Building a health-driven community

Our interactive health workshops and fitness classes are not just about personal wellness— they’re about building a supportive community. With small group settings and collaborative activities, you’ll connect with others who share your health goals. Together, you’ll form long-lasting bonds through fitness challenges, goal-setting, and teamwork. Beyond these sessions we aim to participate in charity events, promoting community engagement and giving back. Join us for a holistic journey that enhances your health while fostering connections and contributing to a greater cause. My Health Workshop is sponsoring a local women’s football team, The Arniston Ranger’s Women’s Football Club, for this upcoming season. We will provide them with nutrition coaching as well as some well earned recovery sessions.
