A comprehensive approach to guiding your health journey
What can I expect at a workshop?
Each health workshop focuses on a specific health concern, with up to 10 participants who share a similar issue. The session begins with a talk from a doctor, addressing topics that often don’t get enough time in GP appointments. You’ll gain valuable knowledge about your condition and feel more empowered to manage it.
After the talk, we’ll break into small groups to work on projects and discuss challenges you face in maintaining your health. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing, as each workshop includes a 30-minute fitness session. Following that, we’ll have additional group work and end with a relaxation session.
All participants will receive a discount on the 1:1 nutrition bundle. Please note, these workshops are not private GP appointments, so there won’t be any prescriptions, clinical procedures, or assessments. The goal of the workshop is to equip you with the tools to take control of your health.

We’re currently gathering notes of interest for our 2025 health workshops! These 90-minute, doctor-led sessions are designed for small groups (up to 10 people) who share a common health condition. By expressing your interest, you’ll help us plan the number of workshops needed and ensure we can accommodate everyone.
