What can I expect at a workshop?

Each health workshop focuses on a specific health concern, with up to 10 participants who share a similar issue. The session begins with a talk from a doctor, addressing topics that often don’t get enough time in GP appointments. You’ll gain valuable knowledge about your condition and feel more empowered to manage it.

After the talk, we’ll break into small groups to work on projects and discuss challenges you face in maintaining your health. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing, as each workshop includes a 30-minute fitness session. Following that, we’ll have additional group work and end with a relaxation session.

All participants will receive a discount on the 1:1 nutrition bundle. Please note, these workshops are not private GP appointments, so there won’t be any prescriptions, clinical procedures, or assessments. The goal of the workshop is to equip you with the tools to take control of your health.

General Health Improvement Workshop

Looking to make a change or start exercising but not sure where to begin? This workshop is designed to give you the knowledge and confidence to take control of your fitness journey. It starts with an educational session on nutrition, covering key principles to support your health and fitness goals. You’ll then learn how to structure your workouts like a coach, including warm-ups, cool-downs, stretches, and the correct exercise order to maximize results. We’ll also cover sets, reps, and rest times, so you can adjust them based on your goals. The workshop includes a hands-on session where you’ll get familiar with basic equipment like light dumbbells, bars, and kettlebells, learning proper form and technique. By the end, you’ll have all the tools to create and adapt your own workouts confidently at home, whether you’re a beginner or looking for guidance.

Burnout Workshop

Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in a cycle of burnout? This workshop is designed to help you understand the psychological principles behind burnout and equip you with practical strategies to regain balance. Through group work and guided assignments, you’ll explore ways to reset and move forward. We’ll cover key topics such as nutrition in the workplace, improving sleep quality, and incorporating restorative exercise into your routine. The session also introduces the pillars of lifestyle medicine, offering a framework for long-term well-being. We conclude with a relaxation practice to help you reset and leave feeling refreshed and empowered to take control of your health.
